Prepare and
build your retirement
Shape your next chapter with intention
The later stages of a career can raise important questions :
How can I remain motivated and engaged during my final working years ?
How do I prepare for a fulfilling life beyond full-time employment ?
What do I want to leave behind at work – my professional legacy ?
How can I pass on valuable knowledge, experience and attitudes to the next generation ?
How can I find purpose, make the most of my time, and achieve goals that truly matter ?
A Career Legacy Circle offers a confidential, supportive space to explore these questions with others at a similar stage of life.

What is a Legacy Circle?
What is
a Legacy Circle?
A group journey to prepare for the end of your career and what comes next.
A Career Legacy Circle brings together six to ten people who are approaching a significant transition from active working life into retirement, which may be active too. It focuses on the psychosocial aspects of this transition: not only how to leave work, but also how to remain engaged and purposeful while still there. And how to prepare the next chapter.
- Know how to stay: remain motivated, engaged and determined at work
- Know how to leave: honour one’s engagements, pass on knowledge and shape one’s professional legacy
- Build the next steps.
« The dialogue with other participants made me reflect on my own path forward. » – LL
